3. Sharing Information With Restaurants
To provide our reservation assistance service, we may share information necessary to process your reservation with the restaurant you have selected, including the reservation name, requested date/time, party size, seating preferences, dietary or allergy information, and other information reasonably necessary for the reservation.
By submitting a reservation request and providing the required consent, you authorize Call Japan to communicate such information to the selected restaurant for the purpose of assisting with your reservation.
4. Food Allergy and Dietary Information
If you voluntarily provide food allergy or dietary information, we will use it for the purpose of communicating your request to the selected restaurant. Call Japan does not independently verify restaurant ingredients, preparation methods, cross-contamination risks, or whether a restaurant can safely accommodate an allergy. Customers with serious or life-threatening allergies should confirm their requirements directly with the restaurant.
5. Payment Information
Payments for Call Japan may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. Call Japan does not need to receive your complete credit or debit card number when payment information is entered directly through the payment provider. Payment providers may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Call Japan may use third-party services for reservation request forms, payment processing, email delivery and communication, website hosting and infrastructure, security, and fraud prevention. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Call Japan.
