Service
Call Japan provides Japanese restaurant reservation assistance. Customers select a restaurant, and Call Japan contacts the selected restaurant in Japanese on the customer’s behalf and communicates the reservation result to the customer.
Service Price
JPY 1,000 per restaurant reservation request
One payment covers reservation assistance for one restaurant only. The service fee is charged for Call Japan’s reservation assistance and is not a restaurant deposit, meal payment, or guarantee that a reservation will be secured.
Additional Charges
No additional Call Japan fees are charged for the original reservation request beyond the displayed service price. Customers are responsible for separate charges imposed by the restaurant, including deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, meal charges, or other restaurant charges.
If the customer requests additional assistance, such as contacting another restaurant or making certain changes or cancellations, a separate Call Japan service fee may apply. Any such fee will be displayed or communicated before the customer purchases the additional service.
Payment Method
Credit card payment. Payments are securely processed through our payment service provider.
Payment Timing
Payment is made at the time the reservation assistance request is submitted.
Service Delivery
Call Japan will begin processing the reservation assistance request after payment and receipt of the information required to process the request.
We will contact the selected restaurant and communicate the result to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Normally, we aim to provide the reservation result within 48 hours after receiving the required information and payment.
However, the actual time may vary depending on the restaurant’s business hours, closing days, telephone availability, and the requested reservation date.
Reservation Success
A successful restaurant reservation is not guaranteed. The service fee covers Call Japan’s reservation assistance and reasonable efforts to contact the selected restaurant, rather than the successful outcome of the reservation.
Cancellation and Refunds
A full refund may be available if the customer cancels the request before Call Japan begins contacting the restaurant. Once Call Japan has begun contacting the restaurant, the Call Japan service fee is generally non-refundable, including when the restaurant is fully booked, declines the reservation, does not accept reservations, or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts.

Changes and Cancellations of Restaurant Reservations
Changes or cancellations that require Call Japan to contact the restaurant may require an additional service fee. Any cancellation, no-show, deposit, or other charges imposed by the restaurant are separate from the Call Japan service fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
